Meaningful change begins with relationships. Drawing on more than three decades of experience in child development, original research, and systems consultation, I partner with educators, leaders, and organizations to strengthen reflective leadership, educator well-being, and relationship-centered practice. Together, we cultivate cultures of reflection and responsive systems of care where children feel safe, seen, and supported—and where the adults who shape their lives can thrive alongside them.
